19th Century Mahagony Irish Hunt or Wake Table, 107" x 53", base restored.  Hunt tables were brought outdoors during hunts or shoots for serving refreshments ~ $5,500

 

Tall case clock in cherry c.1820 made by Riley Whitting of Winchester Connecticut. Original wooden works and a rare signed face. This rare bonnet top clock never had a finial. The weights are missing as is the secong hand but all other components are included. ~$2850

 

 Rare  18th Century Connecticut Slant lid Desk ( see below for details)

Connecticut slant lid desk in Cherry c.1780.  Four graduated drawers over Ogee bracket feet. Wonderful stepped interior with locking document drawer with carved front.  Hidden compartment for valuables underneath the middle drawer. Exceptional carving throughout,  featuring carved quarter colums rarely seen on Connecticut furniture. Desks of this form and quality are extremely rare. ~ SOLD
